The room had a writing desk and an iron, which was convenient. The hotel's location was great, close to entertainment, restaurants, shopping sites like Walmart and Target, and Disney parks. Walmart was just 2 miles away from the hotel.

The hotel with spotless rooms, in a very nice area, close to everything you could want. Delicious breakfast, with variety of food. Central location, at walking distance from Splendid China.

It is conveniently located 1 mile away from Walmart. The hotel's staff is attentive.

The room was nicely decorated and brand-new, with a large bathroom. The hot breakfast was above average and good, with adorable Mickey Mouse face shaped waffles and a variety of breads and juice.

The resort is very well located, in a commercial area with many places nearby where you can eat and go shopping. The hotel includes the transfer to the parks, which is very useful if you are without a car. The staff is very friendly and several speak Spanish. It has a very nice and big swimming pool and a jacuzzi. The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety of options and good products, you should add maybe yogurt. The air conditioning and wifi work perfectly.

What I didn't like was the sofa bed, room had two beds and sofa and since we were three people alternating to sleep on that sofa, was uncomfortable and old. beds were fine, they weren't the best. I think it's essential to improve that, because good rest is essential. I would also have liked them to include more personal care items like shampoo and conditioner, among others.. They could also include since the hotel has a small refrigerator, some eating utensils such as plates, cutlery, bottle opener, etc. There were only 2 cups and 4 glasses.

Fresh, new rooms that are squeaky clean. Comes with a comfy sofa, fridge, and free breakfast! 🌟

Staff friendly and helpful with services. Location was very close to WDW, a major plus. Would stay again. Better than Hialeah.

Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, pastries, bread, drinks, fruits. All quite sweet. Roomy, microwave, refrigerator are avaliable. Free parking. Free shuttle to the amusement parks.

More choice at breakfast.

Had a really good stay at Maingate Garden Inn by Virgin Holidays. The hotel is in a central location, just a short walk to Square One Park and several great restaurants. We enjoyed dining at Red Lobster, which was only a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

The pool - location of the hotel was good, not directly at the street and nevertheless central.

breakfast was included but was very busy and they are not prepared for everyone arriving all at once to have breakfast. They need a bigger breakfast room and more space to cook, serve, etc.

The room here is modern and well-maintained, equipped with amenities like a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a microwave, with easy access to the outdoors.

Good services such as swimming pool, Poolside bar and snacks, good A/C in rooms; clean rooms although found some bugs in them twice on a 7 days stay. Location was very good, breakfast was ok; could be better if they variated per day-every2 days or so.

The Shuttle Service; this was one of the main reasons we chose this Hotel as we were going to disney for the first time and were going to spend 4 full days (4 theme parks) there. Shuttle Service never sticks to the schedule; the st dya we had to wait for them for over anhour to get to Disney. On the way back it took us over 40 minutes to get to where the Shuttle was supposed to pick us up; we got there 3 mins late and they had left us there. We spoke to the hotel Staff and the Shuttle Service and thye were both rude and mean to us. we had to take a taxi and got to the hotel after 12 am when we were supposed to leave disney at 10:45 pm. After this I decided to rent a car which resulted in increased costs due to I had planned to use the shuttle the 1st 4 days.
